Association Reserves began preparing Reserve Studies in Florida in 1992 and has developed a unique understanding of the needs of community associations throughout the Southeast U.S. and the Sunshine State. Whether your association is an oceanfront high-rise, a townhome or single-family home development or a one-of-a-kind resort property, we have the resources and experience to help you plan for the future. 

We are proud members of the Community Association Institute and other industry organizations, and have developed a strong reputation among management companies, accounting and law firms and other industry professionals for our accurate, comprehensive and user-friendly Reserve Studies. For our efforts, we have been chosen as a Readers’ Choice Award winner by the Florida Community Association Journal each year from 2013 to 2024. 

Every Reserve Study we conduct incorporates our knowledge of local pricing and other regional factors, and satisfies both state requirements and National Reserve Study Standards. We have completed over 1,000 Structural Integrity Reserve Studies (SIRS) to date, and continue to aid Community Associations in navigating the legislative landscape.
